Skill Level: No experience required. Youth 14 yrs. and older
In this workshop, students will learn how to wrap a china silk scarf diagonally around a resist; bind it gently with a textured wrap; and then scrunch the silk while on the resist. When subsequently dyed, the result is a beautiful silk fabric with a design that gives the impression of a storm.
Supplies: Bring old towels, perhaps an apron. All other supplies are included in fee.
